Yes, as long as it's within the scope of a non-commercial event, and as long as you comply with the terms of the Creative Commons license outlined above ("What does the TED Creative Commons license allow?". In particular, the talks must be shown unedited, including the TED visuals and if applicable those of the partner conference or TEDx event, and those of the TEDTalks sponsor, as well as the copyright information,.
