Editing an event page

The following TEDx team roles have the ability to edit the event’s page on TED.com:
  • Organizer
  • Co-organizer
  • Marketing/Communications
  • Operations
  • Post production
  • Production
To edit
  1. Visit the event manager page (https://organize.ted.com)
  2. You may be prompted to log into TED.com. If you have more than one TED.com account, you’ll need to log in using your account tied to the event. After logging in, you’ll see the event manager page

  3. Scroll down and click on ‘Edit event info’ for your event.
  4. From the edit page, you can change the
  • event theme
  • description
  • social media handles
  • ticket prices
  • speaker lineup
The event date can only be changed if the event is listed under 'Your Future Events.' If your scheduled event has already happened, contact us so we can make the change.

Please note: your event will be will be promoted on TED.com (http://www.ted.com/tedx/events). Please ensure event information is correct.
